Happiness is a warm puppy.
— Charles M. Schulz (cartoonist, Peanuts)

Is winter here yet? You will understand why I ask this question. Meet Charles Cozy Dog, which you can heat him up in a microwave and will be the warmest thing to cuddle up with in bed.

Charles Cozy Dog arrived in a plastic or ploy mailing bag.  He is made by a UK company - Intelex Group.

He is made of high quality traditional grey herringbone weave fabric coat. Charles has an eye patch, which made of soft fur, same with his nose. His head, legs and hands are filled with soft filling where his body is filled with treated millet grains and lavender.

He is certified and met British, European and American toy safety standard, that means it is safe to tear or pull this soft toy and still durable. He is made in China.

Cost =$25 from Amazon he does take a few weeks to arrive from U.K. to San Francisco. So order early if you know you will be giving this as a gift.

Height = 19 inch (head to toe)

Weight = Because his body is filled with grains and lavender, he is weight a little more than usually handmade soft toy.

When I opened him from the bag, he does not smell lavender yet. How do I get the lavender smell?

You will need to put him in a microwave. Before I put it in microwave, I clean and dry the microwave with paper towel. First, I wet the paper towel with water and wipe out any grease or food stain. Then I use a dry clean paper towel and wipe the microwave again. Ensure the microwave is dry and clean.

Then I put the soft toy in the microwave, make sure the turntable able to spin. I set it for 30 seconds just to test it out. Today, San Francisco is at 80F not an ideal weather to have anything very hot. When winter comes, I'll put in it 90 seconds according to the instructions

After taking cozy dog out the microwave, I can smell the wonderfully soothing lavender aroma that was release from the heat.

Now, I am comfy and relax. Time for bed. Reading here is Design Brooklyn.
